Orchid Psychiatry and Wellness provides compassionate, patient-centered services with specialized focus on reproductive psychiatry and hormone replacement therapy. By operating as a private pay clinic, we avoid insurance constraints, allowing for longer sessions, personalized treatment and integrative care.

Medication Management

Compassionate Care

Your initial phone consultation is free of charge.

The phone consultation will allow us time to answer any initial questions, see if we are a good fit, and determine appointment type for scheduling.

Psychiatric Services

Initial psychiatric evaluations (90-110 min) $500
Extended follow-up (50 min) $250
Follow-up medication management (25 min) $125
ADHD evaluations usually take 2-3 extended follow-up appointments

HRT Services:

HRT consultation only (50-70 min) $350
Contraceptive counseling and management (50 min) $250

There is a $50 deposit that is made when your initial appointment is scheduled. This fee goes towards your session total but is forfeited in the event there is a no show or cancellation with less than 48 hours notice.

All other fees for appointments are billed at time of service to card on file.

How to help cover the cost of services:

If you are interested in using your out of network benefits, superbills can be provided monthly following request.

These services can sometimes be paid for with an HSA/FSA card.

Notice to clients and prospective clients:

Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychiatric services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
